My order is a gift, Will the package include any pricing?
You must be an amazing person to give such a thoughtful gift!
We will not include an invoice or pricing details on our products shipped within Australia. We only include an invoice on International orders shipped from Australia, as this is a Customs requirement.
What is your Teaware made from?
All Teaware are made from vegan-friendly New Bone China.
What is New Bone China?
New Bone China differs from traditional Bone China as it substitutes calcium oxide for animal bone ash. This characteristic makes New Bone China an excellent vegan alternative that is not only finer and whiter but also more durable than standard Bone China.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide via Australia Post.

What delivery service do you use?
All Wonderland Tea Co orders are shipped with Australia Post, and are shipped from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia.

My order is damaged, what do I do?
If any items within your order have arrived to you damaged, please contact hello@wonderlandteaco.com.au with a photo of your damaged item as soon as possible so it can be assessed by a member of our team.
Does Wonderland Tea Co sell wholesale?
Yes! If you would like to stock and sell Wonderland Tea Co products please contact us through our wholesale form, found here.
What the care instructions for your Teaware?
We recommend that you hand wash all products with warm soapy water and a soft microfiber cloth. Do not place any teaware in the microwave.

I’ve placed my order but my shipping details are incorrect, what do I do?
If you have entered your details incorrectly upon checkout and wish to have these amended, please contact us immediately so a member of our team can amend the details before your order is processed and shipped. You can contact us via our online chat or contact form.
As our system is automated, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot amend your delivery details. We highly recommend that you double and triple check your cart and details before checking out.
Please note, if you enter details incorrectly and do not request to amend them prior to dispatch, we are not held liable.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to amend, alter or cancel any of the pieces or contents within the order.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Wonderland Tea Co with your order number. If your payment has gone through but have not received your order confirmation email please check your junk folder. If you are unable to find the order confirmation email, please contact us using the contact form or online chat and a member of our team will look further into your order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Wonderland Tea Co accepts VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. Please note we do not accept AMEX.
Are my details kept safe?
Wonderland Tea Co is committed to ensuring your personal information is collected, used and held in accordance with the the Privacy Act 1988, the National Privacy Principles and general law. All information obtained in regards to your personal details is held safely and kept confidential. Additional information can be found in our privacy policy.

How do I use a promotional code?
Any valid promotional codes can be applied at the checkout and will be applied to your order. Please confirm the discount has been applied to your order before finalising payment. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure promotional codes have been applied correctly. Promotional codes and discounts cannot be added once your order has been confirmed or applied to any purchase that has been completed.
